My teaching aims to help students and practitioners develop analytical sensitivity and reflexivity, enabling them to ask insightful questions and tackle complex problems that extend far beyond the classroom.

"Both the content and Bomi as a professor has been really great. The strengths of the course were that Bomi was very good at tailoring the content to be understandable and interesting even for me as a student without any technical background. The articles all felt relevant and interesting to the course, and it was great that Bomi had sometimes highlighted important parts or made comments in them to make it easier to see connections between articles. I also like how the course brought up many aspects of digital transformation, both the technical part but also more about organizational change as well as the risks with bias etc. I feel like it was visible that Bomi has a background in sociology and this made the course super interesting to me. Moreover the course was very well structured and organized, I never felt confused as to what was expected of me, where to find things etc. I also felt that Bomi was very open to feedback during the course, and that she had taken and implemented feedback from the course in the previous year."
"Bomi is one of the best professors I have had in my university studies. She is clear, structured, and professional. She set up expectations early in the course, both for her and for us. The structure of the course was great and easy to follow. Bomi is a good lecturer, who is always open to questions. She is good at involving the class, really listening to what people are saying, and following up on it. Bomi also learnt many peoples names which is rare in a university class, and this was very appreciated. She is always open to feedback, for example when someone mentioned that they had a hard time following the concept because their non–technical background, she often checked back in to make sure everyone was on track or if she should explain in other ways for us. I think she was also good at creating an atmosphere in the classroom where people felt safe to speak up and give suggestions/ideas, even if they were not totally correct."

"Bomi. She's the best teacher I've had at SSE, I am beyond impressed with her ability to create psychological safety, inspire, set structure and communicate effectively with her students. Everything felt so thought through, and when bumps in the road emerged she handled these by listening to the needs of her students but also setting certain boundaries. I like the exam format – you actually learn something, by taking the exam! I almost never write these evaluations, and when I do, I don't spend a lot of time long answers. But I've been waiting for this evaluatuion to come out just so I can write something. I hope the school recognizes what an asset they have in Bomi, and that she will be rewarded. She is strict, but fair – and communicates clearly how and what she expects from her students. She's everything I would want in a teacher."
